HERBS & SPICES
(sold by the part pound --.062 pound equals one ounce)

Why does a pretzel factory sell herbs and spices? It started as a mistake.

We have always had a sugar and spice soft pretzel that gets rave reviews for its cinnamon flavor. We buy a 2% cinnamon that is more potent than grocery store cinnamon. One day I accidentally ordered a 100 barrel of cinnamon instead of a 16 pound box. Some one had already opened the barrel so I packed containers for the store to see if I could sell it. We now buy several barrels a year and have slowly expanded our herb and spice offering to what you find here today. The herbs are all fresh and top quality. The price is low because we buy in bulk and repack.

Shipping charges are hard to calculate on this category. If you are ordering just a couple of items, the freight will calculate correctly. A larger order of light weight items will calculate an inflated rate. Do not worry, we charge $2 to pack your order and the exact postage. We simply charge you a lesser amount when we process your credit card. If you wish, in the message box on the order page, you can ask us to verify your shipping rate via email before we process the order.

We have always had a sugar and spice soft pretzel that gets rave reviews for its cinnamon flavor.

We buy a 2% oil cinnamon which is stronger than the grocery store kind in 100 pound barrels. Bakers prefer a more potent cinnamon. We packed it is small quantities for the store and our herb and spice selection was born and keeps growing. The prices are low, and the quality is high.
