Years ago as a sales rep, I would make about 200 pounds of caramel popcorn and give it to my customers at Christmas. My customers missed their Christmas treat, so I added pretzel pieces and made it for them. We can only make it in cool weather. It is very temperature sensitive because five pounds of butter is in every thirty pound batch!
